'customize display' helps colour-blind modellers

I'm teaching Forest Land Use and Management again this semester, and using
Simile (still using 3.3).
I recently discovered that one of my students is partly colour-blind, and
couldn't discriminate red and black constructs.

He was thrilled when I showed him how easy it is to customize colours, and
this changed him from a rather average student to a Simile-geek.

I've always been aware that about 10% of males are red-green colour blind,
but hadn't suspected the importance of "customise". Nice feature!
