fckeditor takes ages to load html [#447]

The editor itself appears quickly enough but it then takes ages before the text appears to be edited

In the log there are lots of messages like:

Upgraded FCKeditor to 2.6. No warnings about file not found opening this editor box and seems much faster to load the html.
