In plots, as long as the display is not cleared, the variables being plotted appear as separate lines for each run, i.e. each time the model is reset and re-run, possibly with new parameter values. In tables, though, the data get overwritten in each run. Is there a way to get the data for each run to appear in separate columns (or rows, depending upon how the table is set up)?

That can't be done at the moment. However you can save the data to file at the end of each run, in order to compare them later. If you have a lot of different conditions to test, you can use the scripting language to automate all the runs and save data at the end of each of them.
