No html header information

Page html meta-data is used in Google ranking so this is important

Drupal module http://drupal.org/project/page_title gives control of the html header page title. What about the other tags?

E.g. /index.htm should have

<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
  <meta name="Author" content="Simulistics Ltd.">
  <title>Simulistics - System Dynamics and object-based modelling and
  simulation software tools</title>
  <meta name="Description"
content="Simulistics presents Simile, the earth, environmental and life       science modeling and simulation software tools based on System Dynamics       and object-based concepts">
  <meta name="Keywords"
