Add products/consultancy page [#294]

Add a page about offering consultancy services.

Having a menu item under Products would make the page apparent to visitors

Changing Products to Products and services probably not on as a horizontal menu top item might be too long

Required before switching to Drupal.

Products and services is OK on as a horizontal menu, not too long.
