When 5.9 is trying to upload the parameter files it does not recognize the presence of a lot of the paramers. It says that the parameters are not part of the model and do you want ignore them. Are others having this same problem. I found this problem for both the 32 and 64 bit versions on sewperate computers.

We haven't had any major problems reported with v5.9 so far. If it is complaining that the parameters are not part of the model, it could be that you deleted or renamed a model component after saving the parameter specification file. If this has happened you can choose the 'use elsewhere' option to use the same parameters for a differently named model component. If that is not the case, could you please send a copy of the model and its parameter specification (.spf) file to me at support@simulistics.com and I will see if I can find out what is going wrong.

John, thanks for sending me the model and data. I can see the cause of the problem now. When the file parameters have ghosts in the same submodel, there is a posibility that Simile will attempt to load the parameter data to the ghost rather than its base node, and this will fail and cause the error you are seeing. I consider this sufficiently serious to make a patched version of the release to fix it, which I should have ready by this evening. Thanks for your help in finding this problem.

OK I've uploaded a new patch p2 (except for Mac, to come later) that fixes the problem. Download it using your original install instructions.
